1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take great pride in providing high-quality, nutritious meals for your pet. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund full amount.
Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming week. Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods.
Dissatisfaction: If your pet does not enjoy our meals, let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. While we do not offer full refunds for personal preference, we may refund full amount or deduct the shipping fees or offer store credit or a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
3. Returns Policy
100% return amount for your first box in the first 3 days.
Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we do not accept returns after the third day.but If there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team, and we will work towards a resolution immediately.
Next orters we may refund on a case-by-case basis.
